My Cuboid.

                                       

 

Today Mrs Raj taught us how to measure and make a net

to create a 3 dimensional shape.

With Mrs Raj i learned how to make a cuboid which has 8 faces, 12 edges and 8

 vertices. Boxes are made to hold or store things. Boxes are used for packaging.

I will use my cuboid to store my marbles.

MRS Parker has light green eyes  like the leaves on the tree. She has a beautiful red straight  hair.

Mrs Parker is tall like the fruit trees in the playground. She is helpful because she always teaches us how to learn more helpful. She’s really friendly because she always makes friends with other people and is kind to everyone.

I created a new ending for the story..

Claire’s Mother worked in a local cinema. She showed the people to their seats.

Claire’s Mum wanted Claire to be a pop star so that Mum could show her off in the cinema.

Claire did not tell her mum that she did not like drama or acting but wanted to be a vet.

When she grew up she changed her mind and became a pop star.

Today we went to the hall to learn how to look after our teeth. We have to always clean our teeth every morning and evening. If you don't brush your teeth then  you'll  get decay in your teeth. You also have to floss your teeth and eat healthy food with no sugar. I also learnt that coca cola is the most sold item out of 33.000 other  supermarket items.

Henry’s footprints iced over because it was so cold and he couldn't find his trail back home.

He needs to find a safe place to stay for the night.Mum will be very worried.Suddenly Angus

started sniffing the ground.”What are you sniffing on the ground “ said Henry. Angus kept sniffing  

the ground and walking away.“Where are you going Angus?”Henry said.  “Wait for me!” Henry

was tired and hungry but he kept following Angus who was still walking and sniffing the ground.”I

think we are lost Angus,” Angus started barking excitedly.Henry looked ahead and saw a Police car

with it’s lights on.He ran toward the lights and Angus was still barking and running.The Policeman  

shone his torch at  Angus and Henry.”Can you take me home please, I've been lost and my

dog Angus saved us.” “Your Mum will be glad to see you“ said the Policeman.

Today room 7 visit Glen Innes Library.There where people from Auckland {Tamaki Maukarau} museum to tell us a story about two tribes and how Tamaki Makaurau got its mountains{Maunga} the tribes were called Turehu and Patupaiarehe and how Prince Danny and Princess Amelia who went finishing down at Queen St river{waihorotiu}feel in love and went to live with Turehe tribe.
