Maths Problem

Today our class had to write our strategy in the board and my this was my strategy I solved from the problem.
4.8+0.2=5
9.4+0.2=9.6
9.6-5=4.6

Science Intensive.

For science intensive we went to class by class so we can see what that class was learning about. The first class that we went to see was room 8 and what we learned from there class was liquid, solid and gas, the three states of matter. After learning about the three states of matter and learning about how it works, we got to do an experiment I enjoyed, turning melted chocolate into solid, we even got to eat it once it was set into a solid. 

I learnt so much from this class about the three states of matter. 

The next day we went to Miss Sigamoney's class where she was teaching us about Earthquakes. I learnt how earthquakes are formed, we even got a challenge. We had to create a two story building using straws, pins, strings, paper clibs and a cardboard base. We had to make our structure strong enough to hold 250 grams of sand and the vibration of the shaking table a bit.

It was fun. 

But on the very first day of Science Intensive we had to stay in our own classes and learn about our own topic which was Insulation. We had learnt about the different types of insulation and for our project we had to make a house showing where the Insulation goes and the names of different types of Insulation.  

Me and Linda had almost finished ours which was good. 

I learnt so much from these topics, I feel like I'm ready to take on a quiz. 

Fitness

Today we had fitness and what we did for fitness today was running around the curt 3 times and we did release.

One of my favourite part of the fitness was the release because it made my body fit and I also like doing release because it makes me run and it is good to have fitness so we can get fit.

I really enjoyed doing fitness today because it gave me energy.

Financial Literacy

Dear Adam and Mat i will like to say a big  thank you for teaching room 7 and I how to save money and spent money. I would also like to say i really learned well at Financial  Literacy.

TACK- ART

Today room 7 and 8 went to tack and we learned how to draw arts and we did carving and painting. What i learnt at tack today was always carefuller when you do your perfect line and to always take your time while your drawing your art. I also enjoyed doing art today and I also like how we have to paint our arts it was really fun and amazing doing art at Tamaki college tack today.

here is some of the arts that we did today.

Netball fitnes

Today this morning room 7 students went out to the courts to play P.E and for P.E we played netball.What we were doing was warming up.

 After warming up we went on to play netball. When we did netball and after that we were talking about the netball rules. When we finished talking about the netball rules we had to be in groups of two and we started to play. When we finished playing netball we had to go back to class and do some works about what we learned for netball.

What i learnt from netball is that you have to be three feet away from the person who has the ball, don't smack the ball of the person, no contact and lots of other stuff.
