Science Intensive

Science Intensive

On Monday the 29 of august 2016 room student were doing a experiment about the magnet.

What we were doing for our experiment was tring to make the magnet follow the force. What we need for the first experiment was a string, stick, loom ban and a magnet. We have to make a square with stick, tight up the loom ban to the stick and use the string to tighten the magnet.

When we finish our experiment i feel happy because when we were trying to collect the other magnet in the floor.

Sport is more important than music

Argument

Sport is more important than music

I think that music is more important than music

Sport can make your body fit and healthy. Sport can make you get strong muscles, sport will make you get a trophy or a medal and sport can also make people to be the fastest.

From my argument now you see that sport is more important than music.

I feel happy about the sport because it makes us fit and healthy.

We should Not Bring ju food to school.

We should Not bring junk food to school.

Argument:
We should not bring junk food to school school.

Not:
We should not bring junk food to school because it unhealthy and the food might make kid's sick and they might go to the hospital. We should not eat junk food because it has too much sugar in the food and it not healthy to eat junk food.

For my argument we I know we should bring healthy food to school because it is healthy and we don't eat junk food because it not healthy for school.

Reading Response Journal

Reading Response Journal

Title:Ina Joins in.

Author: By Maria Samuela.

Today I read about Ina Joins in.

I feel Happy about what I read today because Ina gets to join in the dance.

My favourite character was Ina because she join the sasa group to dance.

I would feel Happy if the same thing that happened to my character, happened to me because I like to be in the sasa group.

I think if the author decided to write another part to this story this is what will happen if her friends get to join in with her.

Make String talaphone

Make a string telephone

What you’ll need?

  • 2 paper cups
  • A sharp pencil to help poke holes
  • String.

Instruction:

  1. Cut a long piece of string
  2. Poke a small hole in the bottom of each cup
  3. Thread the string through each cup and the knots at each  end to stop it pulling through the cup
  4. Move into position with you and a friend holding the cups at a distance that makes the string tight
  5. One person talks into the cup while the other puts the cup to their ear and listens

What’s happening?

Speaking into the cup creates sound waves which are converted into vibrations at the bottom of the cup. The vibration travel along the string and are converted back into sound waves at the other end so your friend can hear what you said. Sound travels through the air but it travels even better through solids such as your cup and string, allowing you to hear sounds that might be too far away when travelling through the air.

We should wear our school uniforms to school

Argument

We should wear school uniforms to school.

Should

I think we should wear uniforms to school so we can look neat and tidy.

We should wear our school uniforms to school because it show that we are respect and we can represent our school to other school. We also like to wear our uniforms to school so we don't get mix up with other schools.

For my argument now I know that we should wear our school uniforms to school.
