How to make Maori Bread

How to make Maori Bread

Ingredients
5 cup of flour
5 teaspoon of baking powder
600ml of milk

Method

First, you add 5 cups of flour into a large bowl.

Next, you add  5 teaspoon of baking powder into the bowl with the flour.

Afterwards, pour in 600ml of milk into the bowl

Mix all the ingredients together until it turns into dough.

As soon as the dough has formed, put flour onto the bench so that the dough doesn't become sticky. Knead the dough until it is not sticky.

After you knead the dough, place the dough into a sprayed tray and start flattening the dough into a round shape until it’s 1 centimetre thick.

Last but not least, place the tray into the oven and wait 25 minutes until the bread is cooked.

After you take the bread out, cut the bread into numerous pieces, depending on the amount you’re serving for. Spread butter or any type of jam to garnish the bread and to add more flavour.

This is the same as the maori bread that we made with Mrs Atuahiva.

Grease production at Aggs?

On Tuesday  room 7 and room 8 went to Auckland Aggs college to watch their production.
While I was watching their production I saw lots of people helping each other and I also saw people dancing and sing.

I enjoyed watching their production  because it was like another version of Grease, but 2017. We have been enjoying it a lot. We saw some characters that were like from the Grease and that each scene were like from the real Grease.
