Today in Science intensive room 10 student went to room 9 class.
What i learn about with Mrs k was about light,rainbow,reflection and refraction. We also learn how to make a light and what we did was making a recount and we use the flashlight, in the flashlight it has a laser and we aimed it to the mirror and it reflected to the other mirror.
I feel happy because i really like the way we did our work and really learn how to make a rainbow.
I am a Year 8 student at Glenbrae School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 7 and my teacher is Mrs. Tofa

Tennis.
Yesterday room 10 student went to the hall to play tennis.
When we got there our coach Campbell tough us something about tennis after he finish talking to us he tolled us to get in to group of 4 or 5 and we have to star playing. What we learn in tennis was how to play back swing. After the back swing game we had a competition with our groups. When we finish we have to put every thing back and we thank coach Campbell for teaching how to play tennis.
I feel happy because i really learn something new in tennis yesterday and i really love tennis.

Today is our last day with Griegan and Raymond and they were teaching room 10 student how to be health and how could people live their life forever.
Griegan and Raymond putted us in to groups of 4. When they put us in to group of 4 they gave us a piece of paper and we have to write down about what kind of healthy fruit or food is healthy or that is not healthy and also what could happened to people when they eat healthy foods.
After when we finish Griegan and Raymond called our name one by one and we have to collect our certificate, say thank you and they also gave us lollies too.

Financial Literacy.
Today we learn how to could people be health and to save there life.
What we did were talking about how could people save their life and how to be health. Griegan and Raymond putted us in to group of four.
After that Griegan and Raymond gave us stickers because we were being good. When they gave out the stickers Griegan and Raymond were calling our name and to give us a certificate and lollies.

Science Intensive Rocket Experiment.
Today at our science intensive rocket experiment.
Today we learn about chemical reactions.
METHOD:
1. We stuck pencils to a bottle, we use the scissors to cut the tape and we also use vinegar to put in the bottle and we also use more stuff to make our rocket.
EXPLANATION:
The baking soda reacted with the vinegar the baking soda is a base, the vinegar is an acid. When they are combined, they react and carbon dioxide (a gas) is released.

Today we learn about how to save money with to amazing person from the ATM cash fee.
What we did was learning how to save money. The people who were their were Mrs Sharron, Mrs Moopanar, Mrs Pome'e, Griegan and Raymond. What room 10 student did was making a recount about reducing expenses. When we finish now room 10 student know how to save money and how to spend money.
I feel happy about how to save money because it was really fun writing the recount.

Ripper Rugby
Ripper Rugby
On Wednesday Glenbrae school girl went out to play ripper rugby.
On ripper rugby we went to Dunkirk road to play our games. The people who were their was Mrs Moopanar, teacher, glenbrae school year 6, 7, 8 and parents. When we got there we have to verse Bailey road school first and we won and we also have 5 more games to play. After our first game we have to rest after we rest we had a next game with Point England A. When we verse Point England A we lost but we were still doing our hardest to play the next game. After when we finish we won 5 games but except for 1 game.
After when we finish our ripper rugby games we went back to school. I feel happy because their were lots of fun games.

Today I read about The gift
I feel happy about what I read today because Mahue was excited to see his gift.
My favourite character was Mahue because he was funny.
I would feel excited if the same thing that happened to my character, happened to me because because i want to have a gift.
I think if the author decided to write another part to this story this is what will happen if Mahues grandpa gave her a gift and the gift will be a show.
