How does people sleep walk

1.Sleepwalking usually involves more than just walking. A person may simply sit up in bed and look around, walk around the room or house, leave the house or even drive long distances.

2.Sleepwalking, formally known as somnambulism, is a behaviour disorder that originates during deep sleep and results in walking.

3.The prevalence of sleepwalking is much higher for children, especially those between the ages of three and seven. it is also higher amongst children who experience bed wetting and nightmares.
