What could you do to help raise funds to support our amazing Paralympic athletes? On your blog, list 2 different ways in which you, your family or friends could raise money to support the athletes.

Activity Three:
Imagine that you are on the Paralympic Committee and you have been asked to create one new sport to add to the competition for this year. Use your awesome imagination to design a brand new Paralympic sport. Please remember that some of the athletes will not be able to walk or run and others may be blind or deaf. On your blog, please write:
- The name of your sport,
- A brief description of how you play the sport, and
- Three rules for the sport

ReplyDeleteI was just reading Anita's blog and she mentioned that she would also choose you as her tandem cycling partner. You guys are totally in sync. I think that you would make a great team!
I also think that you have come up with two good ideas for fundraising. If you were going to invite a special person to help you raise funds, who would you invite? If I was going to invite someone I might ask a famous Olympian like Valerie Adams or a famous netball player like Maria Tutaia. Who would you choose?
Finally, as a little note, if you would like to earn points for the bonus activity please feel free to log back on and post the name of a sport, the aim and three rules. I love the picture that you posted but there was no explanation or description with it so I'm not too sure that you're thinking...
